The idea of the Family Meal pop-up is to celebrate the roots, traditions and cultures of the entire culinary team at the Flamingo Resort. The chefs behind the scenes in the kitchen are a super-talented and dynamic group, led by Chef Ricketts. The team at Lazeway Club has hosted a series of successful pop-ups with chefs from across the country over the last couple of years, but for this pop-up, they wanted to turn the spotlight on the creative team within the kitchen. The chefs working at Lazeaway hail from all over the world, and this limited-time menu showcases their most beloved family recipes that tell their stories, showcase their roots, and give guests more insight into the passion and meaning behind their love of cooking. Together, these chefs—plus special guest, Chef Elizabeth Bossy (Chef Ricketts' talented wife) are now offering a limited-time "Family Meal" pop-up menu of beloved family dishes.  Chef Ricketts also talks about beverage pairings and what kind of music his team enjoys to listen to in the kitchen!
