Keane became disillusioned with the allure of 'celebrity chef' culture and now focuses his time on his long running Healdsburg Bar & Grill and Roadhouse 29 restaurants, places where he can focus his energy simply on feeding people. Keane's is currently working on a memoir on his career as a chef and his experience in the industry.
