RNV 13: Dave Graham | The man who saved BottleRock

On this week's episode we talk to music festival super-producer Dave Graham and go behind the scenes to find out exactly what it takes to organize one of the biggest music festivals in the country, BottleRock. Graham jumped in to save the BottleRock brand following a successful, but financially problematic inaugural year of the festival. With just 4 months to plan, an no experience organizing a large-scale music festival, Graham and his Latitude 38 team banded together to build the foundation of what has become one of the pre-eminent festival experiences in the country.

Coming up this weekend at Glen Ellen's BR Cohn Winery, live music is reignited for the Sonoma Harvest Music Festival. The two-day music festival marks the return of a large-scale music festival to the winery after a 3-year hiatus following the cancelation of the long running Fall Music Festival. Featuring headliners The Avett Brothers and the Head and the Heart, the festival features a single stage filled with great acts throughout the weekend.

We'll talk about the Sonoma Harvest Festival, BottleRock, the upcoming Fall Shows series in Napa, and talk shop with just how a festival comes together. Plus, we're talking live music travel and Coco and Mike's crazy coincidental travels to Colorado's famed Red Rocks Ampitheater. Join us for another fun and interesting episode of Rock'N Vino!
